Marselan of Chateau Burgozone is a true discovery for the wine connoisseur. Marselan is a cross between Cabernet Sauvignon (tannins) and Grenache (fruit), created in 1961 in France. Burgozone was the first winery to plant and register it in Northern Bulgaria for its interesting qualities. The handpicked Marselan gives aromas of cherry, black fruit, and soft tannins. The wine is complex and combines very well with your meat, grills, vegetarian dishes, cheeses, and chocolate desserts. It can be served in the summer slightly cooled.
